ROAM is a Catering, Private Chef, and Pop Up food business. We focus on building menus that are inspired by food enjoyed in the many places that David and Elise have lived and traveled to throughout their 25+ years in the industry. ROAM takes those inspired flavors and melds them with local, seasonal ingredients to develop high quality meals for you.
David has always been a bit of a nomad. Through his travels and time spent in kitchens, his palate continues to evolve. He found he was always seeking flavors from the places he has been. His evolving palate, married with PNW ingredients, and years of training underneath Michelin and James Beard Award winning Chefs, brings the food of ROAM to your plate.

Elise is our resident wine nerd and overall utility worker. She brings organization, a love of roti making, a joyous laugh and honest to goodness Southern Hospitality to all that come to ROAM. You can just call her the “Big Boss”.
